WestSource Energy Inc’s current wind project, the Montmartre Project, is located in the Rural Municipality of Montmartre.
WestSource Energy Inc has obtained approvals from the RM of Montmartre and Transport Canada for the erection of a meteorological tower to perform a wind resource assessment. Nearing 3 years of collected meteorlogical data, WestSource Energy has collected the necessary data to support the fact that Montmartre Project is prime wind area. As well, SaskPower has completed a Preliminary Integration Study for interconnection with their electrical grid.
