WestSource was built on the vision of a innovation, renewable energy focused company. Co-founded by two University of Regina engineering graduates, WestSource has grown on the technical knowlegde and key experiences gained in the energy industries.
WestSource Energy Inc (WSE), incorporated in January, 2006, was the first of the WestSource companies. WSE develops and plans to operate utility scale, alternative energy generation projects.
WestSource Solutions Inc (WSS), incorporated in December, 2007, was the second of the WestSource companies. WSS provides design, procurement, and construction of WestSource’s simply green energy solutions. As well, WSS provides custom, consulting and professional services to the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
WestSource’s flag ship project is the development of the Montmartre Wind Project approximately 90km south east of Regina in the Rural Municipality of Montmartre.
